  • I just bought a used BMW, just not from Calgary BMW. We went here on a Saturday and could get no one to help us. I got the idea that the sales men di not want to help us at all. I got a great deal on a used X5 at glenmore Audi that I am very happy with. I wanted to get some touch up paint and had to go back to Calgary BMW for it. They checked my serial number on my BMW and said they had to order it. When it came in they charged me $38 for it. This would have been OK, except for the color is not even close to the same color. When I called the girl on the phone said I have to shake the bottle harder to get the color to match. I shook it for 5 minutes and it still does not match. I want to recomend this place if you want to get ignored in the sales room, or pay $38 for paint that does not match your vehicle.
