Soooo I stopped in to Kim's nails because I had been seeing the great reviews and the nail place I went to previously in Pittsburgh sucked.
So I went on a Thursday (today) around 2PM and the place is really quiet. No excessive talking or anything. Just the TV, which made me happy because I'm super shy and sometimes am really awkward. They didn't seem too enthusiastic when I arrived but they were kind. The woman (I didn't get Her name but she's an older lady with shoulder length hair and glasses) did an amazing job on my toes. Like thoroughly made sure they were perfect. I'm not too picking about my feet but I felt like she did an excellent job. She also picked out a perfect fall color for me.
I decided to try the dip gel nails! Which I really like! They are much stronger than the shellac nails I've been getting and I actually love how they look. The lady that did my nails did a pretty good job, but there are some spots on my nails that are uneven - however I don't mind (I'm also not sure if this is a normal occurrence on dip gel nails). They turned out really good and I am glad I stopped by this shop and will be returning!
