  • My husband bought my engagement ring here. He came in with his brother and felt as if he was being ignored by a sales man who wasn't busy. He was just in jeans and a t-shirt, and he's younger and felt like the man didn't see much value in spending his time on him. Another man, who was a specialist and not a salesperson approached my husband and asked what he was looking for, my husband VERY briefly described the ring I wanted and the man led him straight to a case, pulled out a ring and said this ring sounded like what he was looking for. It was. it looked exactly like all the photos I had showed my husband. The employee never saw a photo but was able to find the exact ring I wanted in a store full of probably thousands of rings. He was able to get the price into my husbands budget since he wasn't concerned with commission and got my husband a ridiculously good deal. My husband was SO pleased with this man's help and expertise, and he said the whole process took far less time than he expected. We went back together to purchase our wedding bands and that went well as well. I'm very happy with my rings and recommend diamonds direct to my friends.
