| - I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time going here. I was visiting from California, and came here with my grandmother who lives in Arizona so that she could take part in my wedding dress shopping experience. I called in advance, and confirmed the availability of the dress I was pretty sure I wanted.
When I arrived, I was treated the same way the other reviews described. When we finally made it upstairs, the dress they had supposedly set aside form me was nowhere to be found. It took nearly an hour and several different employees before they finally found it. But despite the inconvenience, plus one star for eventually finding it!
I ended up liking another dress more than the one I came for, but they wouldn't let me take a photo of it. Fine, that's the policy, but thought they may be flexible given that I was visiting from out of state and there without my mom/sister/etc. We went to grab lunch and think it over, and decided to try to send my mom a photo of it online before we went back to buy it.
I called the store and they gave me the runaround about the designer/style. They said they were too busy to tell me over the phone but would call me back Monday. I told them I was flying back to California Sunday, so that wouldn't work. The woman was very rude and unhelpful. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, and she said she'd look into it and get back to me. I never received a call back. Pretty bad customer service when someone is eager to purchase a dress from them.
If it's not their policy to provide any information on the dress, then don't say you will, make me wait and then ultimately miss my opportunity to buy it. I would not return to Azteca.
