I had brought in my uniforms to be tailored 2 weeks ago and was given a new customer discount on my ticket. I attempted to pick them up the day after they were stated to be ready on my receipt, however they were not done. The owner apologized, said they were very busy due to the holiday (which I understood), and told me he would give me an additional discount when I picked them up the next day. When I attempted to pick them up a second time, his wife refused to give me a discount and told me I should not have received the initial discount to begin with because they don't do discounts on alterations? No explanation, no apology, nothing. I had not anticipated any discounts to begin with but I at least expected some kind of courtesy from them for being late or keeping their word. I did not continue to argue with her, she handed me a copy of the receipt to sign and did not say another word to me. I even had to ask, "Is that all?" to make sure she did not need anything else from me. Very disappointed. Definitely not coming back here.
