rev:text	I just left and was so angry I was shaking and I am not one to lose my cool. Let's start from the beginning...my friend and I arrive at 10:45am. The blonde guy at the desk tells us it will be a 20-30 Min Wait My friend and I both have Work around 1:15. That isn't a long wait so we wait. An HOUR AND 20 minutes later I get called back. At this point the only thing I can do is get the polish removed from my toes. Nothing else. They guy doing my nails keeps pressuring me to do more...which I would LOVE TO if I had time. If they would have just been honest about the wait time, I wouldn't have cared. I would go somewhere else or some back later or a different day. So I am sitting in the chair and he changes my paper from pedicure to what I figured was just taking off the polish. "TAKE OFF GEL ON TOES...$5". He marks me down for something different for $10. I ask why he is upcharging me. He goes and asks the front desk guy. He then comes back and says if I would get them redone, it would then be $5. How does that make sense???? That would be a polish change...I fought it and they were very rude. I put my money down and left. I had a similar experience months ago but thought maybe they changed. Don't lie to me about my wait time, try to pressure me into something I don't have time for and then screw me over. Oh and after I left (I left my friend there), they all complained about me. Great business ethics, guys. Freaking lovely. Unfortunately I will not be returning and I will stop referring friends there. Have a fantastic day.
