Had to return a defective steamer mop. Stood in the returns line for 10mins. They didn't have the replacement item set aside as promised on the phone. Had to hunt it down in the packed out store.
Was told we had to stand in line again. After 5mins, a cashier said she'd take us. I said, 'it's a return', and she said no problem. We leave the returns line, get to the cashier and she says, 'oh, it's a mop...you have to stand in the returns line'. We go back to the end of the returns line. Wait another 10mins. Finally exchange the item.
When asked if if there's anything we'd like to buy...I put down a plugin adapter posted on sale for $3. She charges me $7. Frustrated, I paid the amount and got the hell out of there.
Horrible experience. Poor customer service. Never going back.
