I like the convenience of a hardware store over Home depot. When you walk in they are normally at the door ready to help you. Just don't ever go here if you think that you may need to use the restroom. It used to be open. Then a key was needed from the cashier. Now it's closed all together. One of the employees said it was because of the homeless people that roam in and use it. I can understand. But why shut out your paying customer base? I guess some one wants less revenue instead of more. Because Depot and Lowes are not far. And the restrooms are always open! The owner needs to get some customer service training for the employees. Bottomline if any employee ever makes a customer feel like a nuisance rhey will not be back and will take there dollars and spend elsewhere.
