  • This company is great when you want a rebuilt pool motor installed. When purchasing the rebuilt motors they provide a decent service and a one year warrant. Herein lies the problem. The problem with this place is getting someone to come out for a service call. It took me almost three weeks of calling and texting to get someone to come out. When they finally came out they removed the motor and eventually determined the problem was with my Timer and not the motor. Unfortunately, the technicians left my house without putting the motor back on. I tried numerous times to put the motor back on myself and it just would not go on. I called and texted PME for another three weeks asking for them to come back out and put the motor back on. I eventually got a friend to help me get the motor back on but not once did PME respond to me or send someone out. If my motor ever fails again I will definitely not be calling PME for help.
