| - Ok so I stayed there for the 4th of July week and really nice and got upgrade when I arrived...nice..Pool Awesome! So we decided to stay in the general area, but then we discovered the Rush Lounge, great Band playing there so we decided to stay there but then our night went south really quick when a Women and her friends decided they wanted to stand in front of us, when my girlfriend asked if they could move over a bit they got very aggressive, she repeated her self by saying if you just could stand over to the right a little so we could see the band as we were sitting in the chairs she got in my girl friends face and started calling her names! REALLY! Wow is that how you treat people! She was very polite in asking and you get hostility back! Then her boy friend or husband get in her face and starts calling her names, REALLY! I guess shivery is dead! So of course I get up and ask him to leave he then proceeds to get in my face, WOW! Calling me all kinds of names! I kept telling him to leave but know he wanted to continue, so here is why I have a one star rating, it would be zero if I could so Security comes in and gets involved and this guy wouldnt start he gets in the Security face and call them names, in the mean time this girl comes around and sucker punches my girl friend right in front of Security they take the guy out and the girl runs away like a chicken! Then the Security removes all of the trouble makers but they dont even come back in to see if my girl friend is alright, REALLY! What if she was seriously injured, You could see where the girl sucker punched her, so when we got o call them to find out if they are doing anything about it, there answer is you can fill out a report, REALLY! Where is the customer service here...no compassion and asked if we were alright or anything! Then we tried to talk to the Security Manager, he is never around, so he sends a another security officer over and says here fill this out, like what good is this going to do now, this should have been done right then in there not a day later....an assault took place and nothing! So is this how you treat your guest? REALLY! We spent a lot of money there in the club and the restaurants there along with two rooms and this is what we get, assaulted in the lounge in front of there security officers who dont come back and check on us! BAD BAD customer service, guess my girl friend needed to die first before anyone would have done something, a little to late! To this date we havent heard back from anyone at the hotel either....I guess there is just no customer service in Downtown Las Vegas anymore!
