I called and said that a pipe to the cooler was leaking because of the freeze on 1/12/13. It was Sunday so the wait was reasonable. When the service man arrived, he said "we don't service coolers." I paid $85 for him to turn the water off - about 10 min. -- that was good, but now I need to find another company to repair the burst pipe. I would have liked to know from the start that they didn't work on coolers.
