So let me start by saying these guys did not put any pressure on to sell a bike or trade in my bike as you might find at a large dealership like a Ride Now...they didn't harass me with phone calls until i came in to check out a bike or anything like that, and made me feel very comfortable as a customer. I was even allowed to test drive the bike I purchased. My issue is that after 2 weeks from the purchase I noticed a small drip of dried coolant on the lower right side of my 2009 yamaha R6 which I purchased from AZ Auto Rv with 21XX miles on it (so basically a barely used bike). I brought the bike in for an oil change and asked the techs to look at it but being that it was late in the day they didn't want to remove the fairing and start unbolting things to test the coolant pressure so they told me more than likely it would be a leak in the water pump and I'd be paying for parts and labor if they were to fix it. Next day I brought it to my local shop to get his opinion and it was noticeably leaking from the pump and I come to find out that several seals are bad so they can either rebuild or replace the water pump entirely.
This leads me to my rating...yes the initial experience i had was great...fast forward two weeks and 500 miles on the bike later and I have to replace a water pump on a bike that should have been gone through head to toe and run for a few miles prior to being sold? Now I have to pay for parts and labor (estimated around $250)??
I suggest if anyone goes here and is interested in a bike...if you get the chance to test drive it do so for more than the lap around the block I took...and also make sure to do so in daylight and check it out yourself in their garage under lights before you sign anything. I made the mistake of testing the bike out after work when it was dark already and just figured a bike with 2k miles in that condition wouldn't start leaking on me. Hindsight it was no different than just meeting a random guy on craigslist and shelling out $7k for his used bike as long as it comes with a legit title because in the end there is no warranty either way.
To sum it up, the experience I have had is not one that would persuade me to go back again simply because there was no extra effort to make the situation right. Granted it's a used bike, but when you buy something like that from an established company you expect some level of responsibility on their part when the thing needs parts replaced after 2 weeks.
