  • The only major problem we experienced while living here was parking. You get one free covered spot per apartment, so that means if there is more than 1 person in the apt then not everyone gets a secured space for their car (unless you want to pay a monthly fee). After about 7pm there are usually no parking spaces left, so you are forced to either find a spot on the other side of the complex, in front of the office, on even worse - on the street outside of the gates. This was extremely frustrating and one of the main reasons why we chose to move. We also did not like the location, as I did not always feel safe outside of the gates of the complex. Other than parking and location, there were no other major issues. Management and maintenance are great, Jodi (manager) is very nice and always helpful. The people who complain about her are probably the people who don't pay rent on time or cause other issues. The property is well-kept and is usually pretty quiet, besides the noise from the freeway traffic.
