  • Stopped by looking for a new pair of trail runners. I'm very comfortable picking out road runners but trail running is new and I wanted to make sure I was getting the right shoe for my foot and also the terrain I had planned to run. I had the BEST service. He was attentive and spent time showing me many different pairs and then going over the pros and cons of each. I asked about their return policy and it is just as good as any running store. Try em out and if they don't work bring them back. (As long as you are an REI member). Their prices are competitive too. I left a happy camper. Unlike my recent attempts to bring business to RRS Tempe.
