  • iDeal was a recommendation from a friend. I was looking for a couch to furnish my open floor plan living room and all the furniture I found was either way too expensive or too large/small. It was apparent that I would have to choose something custom and from what I know about custom, that means $$$. However, Brad was incredibly helpful and went though our options. He has three distributors/manufactures that he works with. These manufactures also sell to store likes Restoration Hardware and I have seem similar products on Anthropologie. After feeling and viewing several swatches of fabric we went with a distributor that made very sturdy, comfortable and lofty couch. The finished product was a custom design at a fair price and looks great in our home. However, my measurements were off and the couch was a bit too small. It was an easy fix and Brad was so kind to accommodate and send out another piece to the couch, again at a really fair price. I feel like my couch is great quality and construction and Brad backed his product with a life time warranty. I absolutely will be purchasing more pieces from him again.
