  • Newish to this side of town, so today was our first trip in. Not only was Robert super friendly on the phone, but on a Sunday morning they happily let us bring our dog Toby in. A couple of hours later he was ready to go. We could tell as we got there that our dog had not been freaked out while in their hands! ( he had been obviously mishandled before the holidays at a "big box" pet stores grooming center...) Tobys happiness was not really a surprise because we had no weird feeling dropping him off. Anyway, we have found a new spot w great ppl and a great price! You can bet we'll be back!
