Don't waste your time at this location. Customer service is poor the overall knowledge of their employees is down right sad. I would never allow my employees to be on their personal cell phone while they are attending to a customer. They screwed me on my account & added two plans under one account instead of just adding the second line. Which I shouldn't have been charge for anyways since I've been a customer for over 5 years. Had to call sprint customer care line so they can fix the error this location made. Also found out they cannot refund the money they took out of my account due to their error all they can do is just credit it to the next month. Even though they mess up any money withdrawn even by error will not be refunded. I lost $120 today because these kids at this location are either not trained properly or not held accountable for their stupid mistakes & the customer is the one paying for it at the end. If it wasn't such a hassle to switch providers I definitely would have!
