  • I have lived at Paradise Foothills for a little over a month now. So far, I am very happy with my decision. Pros: Stephanie in the front office is the best assistant manager you can imagine. When I was looking to rent, she let me view the apartments multiple times, helped me with all the paperwork, was very friendly and made sure that everything was ready for me to move in. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and were all repaired with really high quality work within a couple days. The environment seems safe. Everyone I have talked to here is nice. The pools are clean and gated. The floor plan is pretty good. The price is much better than other apartments of this caliber. Private entry. Patio space plus a storage room. Close to 51. Pretty easy to get anywhere in the valley from here. Cons: no microwave. A few things were needing to be fixed when I moved in but they were all taken care of. Floor creeks when I step. Tiny bathroom. Overall: This place is a really nice hidden value. I would recommend it to my friends. You cant beat the quality in this price range
