We went for lunch on a Sunday and we were surprised it wasn't more crowded, given how many people were out and about shopping in Robinson. I was less surprised after we had our meal, however. The food was mediocre to good (I had mac & cheese which was a huge amount of food but so dull and boring; hubby had a burger and fries which he loved). Service was fast enough but perfunctory. Two examples: 1) when we walked in, we heard screaming children (a surprise since the music was very loud) and asked to be seated anywhere but near the screaming child. The host promptly walked us back to a table right next to two, count 'em two, screaming children! And then looked surprised when we didn't want to sit there; 2) my husband ordered a meal which came with fries - we had to call the server back to get ketchup. We expressed an interest in dessert, even though we weren't asked if we'd like some (no attempt to upsell), but then the server brought the check instead of the menu. Better training would benefit this place a lot. And my leftover mac & cheese was a lot better after I added to it and cooked it properly at home.
