  • If you are a person of color United club does not welcome you. As a first class passenger you are not welcomed. Unfortunately, United employees appear to not like people of color entering the club. I was told I could not enter because I was not a member. I've traveled first class in the past and have been granted access. When I left Newark on route to Las Vegas the United employees looked surprised when my daughter and I entered the club. Now on route back the United Las Vegas agent denies us access. No one at United will acknowledge my complaint. It's such a shame when will this disparity end. No matter how much you work hard in this country at the end of the day people that don't look like me continue to treat me as a second class citizen.
