Staying at Ballys is always convenient since it's in the middle of the strip and close to everything, but it's definitely nothing special. There are much better options to stay on the strip that are just as convenient.
We stayed for two night and the room was a fairly good size. The room was clean and we had a pretty good view from our room which was cool. The major issues we had was when it came to customer service. The first issue was in regards to the wifi. We were only given 2 devices that would be allowed to be connected for the wifi and then we would have to pay for the additional devices. The issue was that the process was the same for devices that would be paid for and the ones that are included in the room. You had to accept the charges no matter what. When I spoke with someone on the phone they said that we should see a different screen and that was never the case.
The second issue was when we were asking about check out. We had asked for a late check out and they told us that they couldn't let us know if we could get a late check out until the day of...I had never heard of that before. The woman on the phone just sounded annoyed that we were even asking for a late check out. We were able to be accommodated which was nice but the process to get it done was a pain in the ass.
