  • There was no one at the front desk when I walked in. They were not informative and they wanted to do a test without telling me up front that it was a lot of money. They couldn't give a good reason for the test after I asked several questions. Couldn't explain clearly why our dog needed the test. They ended up realizing that the test wasn't needed after asking questions.
