  • Update!!!! Business must offer discount for positive reviews because once a negative review goes up on their google reviews randomly a bunch of positive over the top reviews appear of people who have previously already reviewed.... I am baffled at the service they provided a customer who had requested a refund after they ruined her eyebrows and burnt her with the wax. The staff member yelled at the customer in front of everyone and "banned" the customer from coming back even though they messed up. Not only is this behavior unacceptable and so unprofessional but it also makes all other customers feel uncomfortable. I will never recommend this place or visit this establishment myself. Bad customer service at its finest.
