  • This was one of the worst hair experiences I have had in a long time. My stylist was insulting and inappropriate, and did a really bad job on my haircut. After explaining what type of cut I was looking for, in great detail, he proceeded to butcher my hair and gave me a 1990's Jennifer Aniston "Rachel" type haircut that also resembled a mullet. I went back 2 days later to have the stylist "fix" the haircut but he simply made a couple snips here and there (again, ignoring my instructions). My colourist also did a hack-job. She did not blend my roots properly and left me with a visible colour line, AND died my hair the wrong colour (hence the colour line). On a final note, my experience was further jaded by the sewage stench permitting from the salon's broken toilets. Nobody wants to sit and smell sewage yet they had this problem for at least a week (my boyfriend also got his hair cut there). With moderately priced services, surely they could have afforded an emergency plumbing overhaul. I'm curious as to whether or not they violated some sort of health and safety code?! I will never go back here.
