  • Unfortunately ,Yelp let me down this time. I hate going to the dentist, like pure passion hate. I arrived at my appt that was at 3pm, fifteen minutes early. When I arrived, I was looked at but never greeted so I sat down and waited. At about 3:15, they call back what seems to be a practice friend they "squeezed" into a very busy schedule. Which they had no problem describing how busy they were and how hard it was to schedule her in between patients. Whatever, at 330, I'm still hanging out in the waiting room chair, they call another person and apologize, it's cool everyone has busy, running behind days. At 345, they call me back for my X-rays, not only do they jam their X-ray tray into my gums, they don't say anything. Now, the dentist part, he was wonderful,upfront, I'd probably go back just for him. He prescribes me a mouthwash and a treatment plan etc. another 20 mins go by and I'm still sitting in the dental chair because the staff is too busy closing shop, fine, i take the bib off myself and walk towards the front.I know the feeling of busy days,so I've brushed the whole waiting for almost two hours off,as I'm leaving they forget to give me the prescription the dentist prescribed me, at 4:45, I have completely lost my patience and as I'm walking out they ask if they can take a picture of me for my file, at this point I've already decided on a different dentist that I had enough time to research during my two hr wait. All in all, they only got stars because of the dentist, don't waste your time.
