  • I originally called Anderson Pest Control and scheduled my appointment for Friday (06/03) because I had so many gnats in my kitchen and bathrooms. They said Friday was the soonest available, so I said ok. Then they called me back Thursday (06/02) stating they needed to reschedule my appointment for Saturday (06/04) morning between 8-9:30am. Well 9:30am came and went and they NEVER showed up or called. I called Preventive Pest Control at 10am that Saturday (06/04) explaining my situation with the gnats and that I was on the way out the door for my daughter's volleyball game and would not be back until after 1pm. They were knocking on my door at 1:05pm the SAME day to spray and steam all of my drains to get rid of the gnats. I was very satisfied and will continue to use them in the future! They understood the pest problem with the gnats and did not make me go through the weekend with out it being fixed. Highly recommend Preventive Pest Control!!!
