  • As a local we've going to the Marriot Spa for over 22 years. Haven't missed a year of buying Spa gift certificates for Christmas. This is why, when my wife had a friend visit, I bought them both a spa package. NEVER AGAIN. Our guest booked a therapeutic which one masseuse began, and then there was a nock on the door and she stopped and switched with another who didn't do therapeutic massage. Then the lady who did the facials was rude and - argued over the use of a cream with peanut oil on my wife who had explained she is VERY allergic to peanuts. Its a real shame. Fortunately there are so many OTHER GOOD spa's to chose from - I went to write the Marriot an email, but of course they make it difficult to communicate with them - Suspect managements the real problem. TOO BAD - SO LONG.
