  • Things were great here when Danielle worked at the front. Now the two ladies that work there have no idea how to run an apartment and customer service. We moved out and before we did I repeatedly asked the management if I should hire a cleaning company to clean the wear and tear on the carpets and what type of "cleaning" they expected before we turned in our keys. I asked them three times to make sure I was doing everything right to avoid any surprises. Every time I asked they said wear and tear is OK and not to hire any cleaning carpet company. Also, I asked if I should make everything spotless or wiping down is enough for them. Their answer was wiping down is OK and we have a cleaning crew that will do the rest. A week later i receive a $400 cleaning bill. We left with many more incidents that they basically screwed us over when we were willing to avoid. They set us up. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
