  • THIS IS A MUST READ!!!!! I leased a new charger at Chapman and it was the WORST LEASING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! It took 3 different lease agreements to finally come to terms.I was promised by a Sales Mgr. coupons for 3 years of free oil changes.These coupons do not exist. It took 3 times to get my car delivered clean. But worst of all they did not pay off my trade in within the 30 day mandatory limit. Now I am getting calls at home from a collection agency and being informed that my hard earned credit rating will suffer. To add insult to injury I called the general mgr. for help. After many emails and phone messages, No response. In my opinion they have many incompetent employees that are not held to a high standard an the innocent customer suffers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
