| - I am extremely impressed with the level of service I've received from AZ Bounce Pro. They communicate, are prompt, and reliable. The level of service is everything I ask for from a company.
There was a last-minute event I was organizing. I put some feelers out to several companies and within minutes of completing the contact form, I received a phone call. I spoke with Kim who ended up being the main point of contact. She was extremely quick, professional, resourceful and helpful. She assessed our needs, determined what we needed, provided recommendations, and quickly arranged everything I asked. She understood the level of urgency and worked diligently to get our party squared away. I communicated with her via email, text, and phone call, all of which are important since I am oftentimes busy and cannot get to one or the other. The level of customer service and resourcefulness is exception and for that, I am greatly appreciative.
The website is extremely informative. They list the items that can be rented and sometimes does provide pricing. Booking and paying was all done online, which made the process even more convenient.
Day of the event, I was not there for set-up or take-down, but they do communicate via phone. They set everything up and take everything down. They basically do all the heavy lifting and you stand there to make sure. I didn't think we would have any electrical issues, but sure as day, we did. The company had a back-up generator for us to use.
As for the items themselves, we rented the 27' tropical water slide with pool at the end, mega bounce house, and dunk tank. All items were in tip top condition and in working order. (By the way, the water slide was a HIT! It is AMAZING!)
I am immensely satisfied by the level of service and product I received from AZ Bounce Pro. Now you're wondering, why the 4 stars when the whole review has been raging about how great this company is. I've attempted to contact them again regarding a future events and have had a hard time getting a response. I am not sure if it's because the event is far off, but after my initial experience with them, the lack of response this time around has been a slight disappointment.
