  • How does someone find the PERFECT one? Well, one aspect is all about Eye Contact. When you look them in the Eyes and you feel that special connection, that my friend is THE one. That said, the Fishes all gave me a great connection here although they are not as alive as I would like. That's coming from someone used to Chinese Fish Markets with Live Fish in tanks. 3.5'd $10.99/lb for Lobster is excessive IMHO and they had it right at the entrance trying to give me a heart attack. The FIRST appearance is very important and is how people judge you and remember you by. Make that price tag smaller and people might enjoy the swimming Lobsters more. The OYSTER spread is simply breath-taking and that is exactly how they learned to advertise it to the Chinese Demographics. Ads display them as the Oyster Shop and barely states any Fish or anything else. Being Chinese, I don't' remember that we use much Oysters on the Half Shell. Therefore a tub of shucked Oysters is more popular. However being an Oyster Lover, I now have an urge to learn Oyster Shucking so that I can get some Oysters at Diana's and eat Raw Oyster at home. Chilean Sea Bass, I'm sure a lot of Chefs would have a comment on that but nonetheless it is also offered here. Lots of Fridge or Frozen items such as Crayfish, and even Frozen Sea Urchin.
