  • This was my first real experience with a vet, and I'm glad a chose this one. I had taken my new kitten to get his first round of shots at the spay and neuter place on Flamingo, but it was pretty chaotic there, with long wait times and a crowded waiting area full of barking dogs, so when it came time for him to be neutered and have his next round of shots, I brought him here instead. I made the appointment in person, since the place is right by my bank and I was there anyway. Thought I might as well check it out before committing to an appointment. The waiting area was calm and clean, and the receptionist was super friendly and got me set up with an appointment for a couple days later. On the day of the procedure, everything went smoothly. Dropping him off and picking him up was quick and easy, never had to wait more than five minutes. There was a slight mix up at the reception desk when I arrived to pick him up, but that was due to the fact that the receptionist was brand new, so I can't hold that against them. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the doctor was patient and thorough in explaining the recovery process, including showing me how to administer the medicine, and explaining what potential problems to watch out for. The following day they called to see how he was doing, and I was happy to report that he was already back to his normal self, no problems whatsoever. Overall they did a great job, the prices were reasonable, and I felt like my little cat dude was in good hands. I won't hesitate to come back here in the future.
