rev:text	STAY AWAY FROM AL PHILLIPS! THEY RUINED MY CLOTHES AND HAVE GIVEN ME THE RUN-AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS FOR REIMBURSEMENT!!! In a rush before going out of town I HAD to drop my cleaning at Al Phillips. I was very hesitant simply because I know Al Phillips is OVER PRICED; regardless, I was leaving in less than 48hrs and I needed quick service. The counter person Savanna was very helpful. Needless to say, the 10 small pieces of women's clothing at a cost of $60 was jaw-dropping. I returned the next day to pick up the items and found that 1 dress had been ruined with a burn hole in the front and a Blue & White sweater had been ruined and was now a Pink & Blue sweater. I was promised monetary compensation of $25 per item for replacement. To this day, 2 months later ... NOTHING! I have called and called and called and called. The manager, Lori has yet to pick up the phone and call me even after I have asked for a return call from her on 2 separate occasions. I called their corporate office yesterday and spoke with Joann who promised a call back that same day. I received a call from Savanna that same day who promised my check would be at the cleaner TODAY and that I could COME PICK IT UP. I called TODAY and was told my check would be at the cleaners by 10am. At 10am I was told it would be there by 2pm. AT 2pm I have been told it would be there at 6pm tonight. I just called back to Joann at corporate and she said the check would NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL NEXT WEEK!
