  • I had an appt. for a mani-pedi through Groupon. I arrived on time and the manager/owner lady was ice cold and never said a word to me, so I didn't know where to go-she just vanished into the back. There were only two techs, and they were both in the middle of time-consuming nail treatments. Neither of them asked me a thing either. Oh, I was asked if I were a Groupon and I said yes. Now what difference does that make? After waiting 15 mins and not a word was said to me, I walked out. That manager/owner lady is a total bitch.
