Today I stopped by chick-fil-a before heading to class at ASU. I noticed after ordering that I had forgotten my wallet at home. I was super embarrassed, so I told the nice guy working the drive-thru (I think his name was Daniel) to go ahead and cancel my order and that I apologized. He kindly asked me to wait and see if there was something they could do. I proceeded to pull out of the line so I could get out of the way and parked. Next thing I know, a nice woman comes to my car with my order and said they took care of it. It's customer service like this that keeps people coming back. I was stunned and will absolutely continue giving chick-fil-a my (payed) business. Thank you again!
