  • I have shopped at Smart and Final only a few times, but I find that they carry products I cannot find in other markets like items used in restaurants, portion cups, for example. At Smart and Final you can purchase just a sleeve of a product without being offered only case packaging. The availability of these smaller quantities is very helpful to teachers, clubs, groups like the Girl Scouts, and small businesses like mine. In my case, it would be impractical and not cost effective to buy full cases of these sorts of supplies. The fresh produce looked fresh and attractively displayed. I enjoyed my shopping experience very much, but I find that the aisles are quite narrow and often have boxes narrowing passage. The cashier I had today was Sally, and she was excellent--friendly and efficient!
