  • I would give this company zero stars if it was an option! The only good reviews must be from "friends" who have never used their service!!I family movers are the worst, they showed up LATE and it gets worse from there. They have several hidden costs, I've never in my life heard of being charged because your furniture is heavy, etc... The qualify of their work is beyond poor. They left several scratches on our hardwood floors. All I can say is use anyone else but these people!! I was asked how much we paid for the house and what I do for a living.. When I answeredOur $700 quote to move from our house to storage went to over 3,000!! They showed up at 12:15. We were told 3 hr minimum and they left storage by 4:30 and we were charged for 8hrs!!! Dishonesty at its finest!!!! When you need to move find someone honest, NOT these people!!!!! when you call to try to find out how to file a claim for damages, no one answers your call!! contacted 3 on your side!!! I can't stress enough that people need to use anyone but these people! Huge rip off! Also, they would only accept CASH as a payment! Who in the hell has that kind of money in their wallet??? Makes you wonder if they are a cover for some kind of money laundering!!
