  • Let me start out by saying that I wanted to believe all of the great reviews but I was a little skeptical. They are right! This company is really great. I called last Saturday to get a rough estimate for grout cleaning for my house. The owner called me back and we discussed the type of tile and the condition of the grout. He told me that the price they charge can vary depending on the condition of the grout but that when the technician arrived they would be able to give me an exact quote. I called them on Monday to make an appointment and they were able to get me scheduled for Thursday. The day before the appointment the called me to confirm and were very friendly. On the day of the appointment the technician called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know that he was on his way. He was at our house on time and began to take measurements and assess the condition of the grout. After we agreed with the services he went to work. Unfortunately his machine stopped working about 30 minutes into the cleaning and he said that he would have to bring it back to the shop. He called me less than an hour later and told me he was on his way. He apologized for the inconvenience, but I know that this stuff happens and it was quickly remedied. He arrived shortly after his call and went straight back to work. I am super impressed at how terrific the tile and grout look now. This is the first time we had the grout professionally cleaned since the house was built in 2001. It looks brand new now! The price we paid when all was said and done was exactly what we were quoted. No surprises. If you are looking for professional grout cleaning at a reasonable price, you won't be disappointed.
