  • Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jed!! He did an excellent job doing the inspection on my house. Literally spent 3-4 hours going thru every single element in that house to ensure I was aware of any problems prior to making a purchase. He is extremely thorough and his work is impeccable. Lot of real estate agents want you to use "their guy" to do inspections on a house you are purchasing. I had a bad experience first time around where my agent gave kick back to the inspector to hide any flaws so as to expedite the process so he could get paid!! This time I hired my own inspector and boy was it worth it. My agent was a little pissed but who cares!! Jed made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He also said if I encounter any problems on items he inspected that I could call him in the future. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Thank you Jed, it was a pleasure working with you and I will recommend you to all my friends who are looking to purchase a home. Mahalo!!!
