  • Vegas has no shortage of bars and sports bars. Rebel Republic stands out because it's not a chain and the employees really know their beers. They have one of the best rotating selections of beer in the city on draft , plus plenty of bottles. If you are lucky, you'll have Sachi as your bartender. As smart as she is funny, Sachi will introduce you to new beers, learn your name, and remember you on your subsequent visits. Try their avocado tempura or jalapeno poppers. Their food, including the fries, are made on premises and quite possibly the best bar food you're going to find on the west side.
