As a customer who has purchased several Lexus cars and SUVs in the past I've came to expect a certain level of customer service that is part of purchasing luxury vehicles. I was shocked by the evening sales manager's obnoxious and threatening behavior after countering his offer for the trade in of my current SUV (outright refusal to match the trade in value I had been offered in writing by several competitors for my Nissan and in a very condescending tone he stated that, I should stick to purchasing another Nissan). After my husband stated that he is going to write a review on yelp on the poor customer service provided to us by him (Joshua, I believe he is the evening sales manager) at this dealership, he became even more enraged and approached us in an aggressive demeanor. My husband and I backed up and left the building. I had to sit in my car for a minute because of the shock about what just happened (I mean, who in the world would ever expect to be treated like this and scared at a car dealership, especially one the sells expensive cars). I guess Lexus just lowered its standards (A LOT) since my last purchase, which is too bad because we came there, money in hand, ready to purchase the 2017 Rx 350.
