  • My cousin brought me to Charming Charlie because she knows I love jewelry. It's in the heart of trendy downtown Phoenix amongst other trendy stores to shop in and restaurants. Charming Charlie is upstairs and down stairs full of trendy fashion jewelry for a good price between $5-$30 average. They have the usual accessories from jewelry to shoes, hats, and scarves etc. One of the best features is that everything is color coordinated making it easy to put together a matching set. The staff is nice and helpful. Parking is paid underground garage. You can have your parking ticket validated by the store you are shopping in.
