rev:text	I agree with Dennis this company deserves 10 stars!! I had been contemplating for approximately 6 months about moving or just putting in a pool. I decided to put a pool in. But i wanted it done before my Marine came home from Iraq to surprise him. We looked into several company's. We finally called Thunderbird Pools and they sent us Carlos the pool designer. Carlos came to our home and took measurements and sat with us to see what we wanted exactly. He presented us with a design and added features that we wanted. Carlos was very patient and professional. Once we were happy with the design we went into the office and ordered everything. It was all a great experience and through every step and process. Lisa, Cohl, Lee, Trent, Dani, Cynthia, Robert, James and their entire staff treated us with respect and like family. If there was something we needed or wanted they did so without hesitation. I loved the communication they had with us. Whether it was a phone call, text message or email...they kept us informed about who was coming and what job was going to be done. They strongly recommended that we contact them if we had any questions throughout the entire process. I felt like I was a pain sometimes but they said it was normal and good because they wanted nothing but our happiness. The pool was finished before my son came home. I will recommend this company to everyone. This company is top notch and definitely puts the customer first. I am going to sign up for maintenance because I know they know their pool and their equipment the best and will take great care of it. It's so nice to have a NEW FAMILY! THANK YOU THUNDERBIRD POOLS!!! We love you guys!! Brian & Teresa
