  • What a difference a day makes. at the recommendation of a friend I went to JONES FORD in Buckeye, AZ. It is the first time I have ever actually enjoyed a visit to a car dealership from start to finish. The experience was completely relaxed and enjoyable. The salesman, sales manager, Finance Director did everything they could to help me get the best deal. No gimmicks games or deception. It was like you were dealing with friends that were glad to be there. They did everything they could do to save me money and were completely transparent. They took all the time necessary with no pressure and gave me $5,000 more for my trade-in than the dealership yesterday offered me. I went looking for a used Escape. Mark made no effort to switch me to a new car. I ended up selling myself on the New Escape, because of my trust in Mark and the entire dealership. Not only did they give me TOP Dollar for my trade in any dealer add ons I looked at were only 30 to 50% what other dealerships were trying to charge. It's a 30 minute drive but the experience was so enjoyable that it was worth it.
