I came here to study today and had a very unpleasant encounter with the owner who served me. I ordered a latte, sat down and tried to connect to their internet. I wasn't able to so I asked them if their internet was working. The owner was very defensive in stating that the internet was working on his phone so he isn't sure how he can help me. He also said that connection to the internet is complementary. I then said that I was just wondering if it was just my computer or if their internet was down. The owner was very rude and said, "We are not an internet service. Go to Starbucks down the street". I told him that I won't be coming back and he said, "I hope not". This owner could really use some training in customer service. I get the feeling that I'm not the only one who he speaks to in such an ill manner over troubles with connecting to the internet...
