  • When I first moved in I thought the place would be great. Didn't take long to find out this place is a disaster. As of today the weeds have not been cut in over 4 months. They are raising the rent and there are more people moving out then in. Except for our small time drug dealer who seems to love this place. I wonder why?? I renewed my lease on the premise he was going be evicted. Wrong again. Oh and one month the website works the next month its down. You always have to call the office and find out how to pay. And even they aren't sure. Stay away unless you like living in a disaster drug ridden complex. UPDATE: So there is now new management. The landscaping is at least now kept up. Its in the Lakes area so you still expect more. Maintenance is good again. However you will live with lots of dog shit. OH and you can hear every noise the people above you make. Should not be your first choice.
