  • I came into this location tonight to get some links removed from a watch 30 minutes before the store closed. The lady behind the counter told me she couldn't do it because Invicta watches required a special tool that she didn't have. I knew she was lying and asked more questions and she just kept repeating the same thing and made no sense but I left and went to another jewelry store across the street. They removed the links in less than 5 minutes and confirmed there was no special tool necessary, and that she was just lazy and didn't want to do it. This was terrible customer service and I would not recommend this location at all.
