  • This company sucks and the pun is intended. After 10 years of good service from this company we had them come to clean carpet. The tech used so much water the carpets were puckered for three days and one area was still soiled. The manager came back out and re cleaned the area in question but chemicals spilled on travertine tile left spots. We were told to have the spots repaired and the we would be compensated and we would get a free cleaning with the next visit. When we tried to collect on both we were given numerous excuses as to why they would not honor promises. And the manager failed to return calls. We hired another company this time around.
