I really want to love this place, particularly because I have a membership that I'm locked into. However, every single time I come in, a piece of equipment is out of order and I'm up charged for something. It's comical at this point. Example: "The sauna isn't working. It needs a new fuse. But you're welcome to use the Hot Box in its place...for a $5 mat rental fee. Hydration Station? Oh, the hinge is broken, sorry." They up-charge for everything-- $1 to use their tanning goggles, $5 for a disposable suit you're required to wear in the sauna, Slim Pod, and Hydration Station, and $5 for a towel and mat to use in the Hot Box (no, you can't use your own). You can purchase your own non-disposable suit but only bought through them. It's hard to get out of there without paying extra every time.
The only great employee just quit. The other is fine but the owner is AWFUL. One time I went in and stood up front for about 10 mins while I heard him on the phone in the back. When he finally came up he seemed surprised to see me and was clearly bothered by the fact that he had to help me. The next time I was there for some relaxation and he laid on the water massage table gossiping loudly on his phone the entire time. He always seems irritated by customers interrupting his day. I feel like he needs a hug--he's so angry.
