  • My phone had been working sporadically after dropping it in water, and I took it in to ask someone to look at it. Their website offers free diagnostic services, but the woman behind the counter told me that they would have to clean it first, and then they would look at everything else. If they found something wrong, the cleaning would be free, but if not, it would be $50. Very, very misleading and I will not be returning.
